Job Description – Sales Development Representative (SDR) 

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with prior experience in IT services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential accounts, reaching decision-makers, making 150+ outbound calls daily, and setting up 6–8 qualified meetings per month with prospective clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and research potential accounts to target key decision-makers across industries. 
  • Execute high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate qualified leads. 
  • Secure 6–8 qualified meetings with potential clients weekly for the sales team. 
  • Clearly articulate our IT service offerings and value proposition to prospects. 
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and progress in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot). 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation campaigns. 
  • Stay informed on IT services industry trends, competitors, and target market insights. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an SDR/BDR/BDE in IT services sales (mandatory). 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving outbound activity goals (150+ calls/day) and meeting-setting targets. 
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) with the ability to engage executives and decision-makers. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and use of data-driven sales strategies. 
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and ability to handle rejections positively. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage outreach volume effectively. 
  • Willingness to work night shifts and from the office.
